How quickly can a sale close?

Sales can close as soon as 24 hours or up to 90 days later. Closing dates are negotiable.

What fees are involved?

The only fees you will be required to pay are the closing costs that sellers typically pay in your local area.

How do you determine the final sales price?

Our offers are competitively priced. The price we offer is consistent with the market and property condition. We take into account location, size and condition in order to ensure we are giving you a fair price.

Is the offer negotiable?

Our offers are not negotiable. It is an offer for an as-is sale.

Do you work with real estate agents?

Yes.  We will provide you with an offer on your client’s property.  Please enter in the property information and we will send you an offer to present to your client.

What types of properties do you purchase?

We purchase any type of property whatsoever.  It can be a condominium, house, multi-unit, commercial property, land or anything else!

How much do you charge?

Your offer is absolutely free.  Selling to us takes away all of the waiting and uncertainty involved with real estate transactions.  There are absolutely zero hidden costs or fees.

Am I required to make repairs to my property?

A representative will schedule an inspection within 24 hours of the contract being signed.  We will look for items that need to be repaired or replaced.  We want to make sure that the information you originally provided us is accurate.  You are not obligated to make any repairs.

What if I have an agreement with a listing broker?

If you have an existing listing agreement, you will only be responsible for the payment to your listing broker.
