Once an offer is accepted, we will do an inspection to verify the condition of the property.  This is cost free!

Confirm Move-Out Date

You will pick a closing date of your choosing. It can be as early as 24 hours or up to 90 days.

Sit Back and Relax

The rest is on us!  We will arrange escrow and every other detail.

Sale Complete

On your closing date you will receive the profit from your sale.

Schedule Appointment

Schedule an inspection that works well for you.

Step Two:

Inspection

A licensed professional will come to your property to review and confirm the condition of your property.  They will look through the property for items that need repair or are not up to code.

Step One:

Contract and Escrow Account

After receiving a signed contract we will open an escrow account with Greater Illinois Title Company.  This is where we will fund an earnest deposit to show our commitment to the purchase of your property.

Step Two:

Closing Documents

Before your closing date, you will meet with an escrow agent where you will sign all of the necessary documents and confirm where you would like your funds to go on closing day.  Alternatively, you may hire an attorney who will take care of this for you.

Step Three:

Walkthrough

Right before closing we will do a final walk through of your home to be sure it is in the same condition as when it was originally inspected.

Closing Day

You will receive your funds and the transaction is over!
